Refund Policy

At Testify, our top priority is providing a great shopping experience for our customers. We take great care in processing your orders, but we are aware that sometimes mistakes can happen. However, we kindly ask you to consider the impact that refunds can have on our small business.  Please respect our Refund Policy and refrain from misuse. 

If you encounter any issues, here’s what to do:

Refunds:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS TO YOUR ORDER AFTER PLACED.
  • We only accept refunds for damaged or incorrect items. For this, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, along with pictures and/or videos of the issue.  
  • Please Note: Differences in color due to screen settings or lighting conditions are not considered as damage.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or odors.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds do not include shipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that don’t meet our Refund Policy standards.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once it has been received.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. We encourage customers to check our sizing guide to ensure you get your desired fit and color.
