Processing and Shipping time
Processing Time: Typically 5-7 business days, often sooner. This is the time it takes to make and fulfill your order.
Shipping Speed:

Please Note: The times provided are rough estimates. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Changing or canceling an order after placing it
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us within one hour of placing it. We will make every effort to assist you. Please note that once your package is in the hands of the shipping service, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
Please review your order thoroughly before making a purchase to confirm that everything meets your expectations.
Help! I entered my shipping address incorrectly
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, kindly email us promptly. We will make every effort to modify it before your order is sent out. In case your order has already been handed over to the shipping service, please reach out to them directly for additional support.
- Important: Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate as your package will be delivered to that exact location. We encourage you to double-check your address before confirming your order. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be accountable for the re-shipment cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items sent to an inaccurate address.
My package is marked 'Delivered' but I can't find it
If your package shows as 'Delivered' but you haven't received it yet, begin by searching around your delivery location and verifying the shipping address you provided. Occasionally, packages may be marked as 'delivered' prematurely. If you are unable to locate your package after 3 days, we suggest reaching out to the shipping service to initiate a claim.
While we make every effort to ensure all orders reach their intended destinations, please note that Testify cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once they have left our premises.
My package is stuck "in transit". What should I do?
If your package remains "in transit" for a prolonged period, we recommend reaching out to the shipping service for the most up-to-date status. They can offer information on any current delays.
While Testify is always ready to assist you, please understand that we do not have control over delays once the package is in the hands of the designated shipping service.
